Description: Tiffany Creek Preserve is a Nassau County Preserve that is located in Oyster Bay Cove. This is a perfect time to hike this location as it offers an abundance of colorful views as Long Island approaches near-peak fall foliage. Tiffany Creek’s peaceful nature trails is comprised of 45 acres of forest west of Sandy Hill Road and is maintained by Sagamore Farms, which is part of an additional 155 acres of land located directly across the street. The trails are open to the public from 8:00am-4:30pm every day of the week and no bikes or pets are allowed on the premises. This hike is the true definition of Long Island’s Gold Coast era where you will find exquisite historic mansions and grazing horses along adjacent estates.
